Dear Potential Sponsor, The Ladies Invitational Bluefish Tournament is once again asking for your help in fighting breast cancer. Each year the LIBT brings together hardworking men and women who “Fish to Fight Cancer”. Everyone at one time or another has had a mother, sister, aunt, friend or coworker touched by this terrible disease. About one in eight women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Nearly 216,000 American women have been diagnosed positive and about 40,000 will die annually.
Please join in this legacy of success for our 24th year of “Fishing to Fight Cancer” with our Ladies Invitational Bluefish Tournament, which will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2008. Here’s just a listing of the benefits your support will afford:
- All sponsors contribute to the success of this tournament as a fundraiser, which has raised over $320,000 in the past nine years for the AtlantiCare’s Ruth Newman Shapiro (RNS) Mobile Mammography Assistance Fund. The fund provides free mammograms for women in Atlantic, Cape May and southern Ocean counties.
- All donations are tax deductible. (501C(3) organization)
- Corporate sponsors receive two tickets to the awards banquet, a full-page ad in the program book, a listing on our sponsor banner, and a commemorative certificate of participation, which you can proudly display in your place of business.
- Double-Diamond Sponsors receive all of the benefits above, as well as six tickets to the awards banquet.
- Program book sponsors can pick the ad size they want to match their business needs
and gain promotional exposure to over 500 banquet attendees. - Door prize and raffle donations welcomed for our awards banquet which is held on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at Trump Marina Hotel Casino.
